Please note that HTL orders require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers cannot offer alternative delivery options such as delivery to a safe place or a neighbour for any HTL packages. Couriers may refuse to deliver if the delivery address/location is unsafe. Please visit their company websites to learn more.

If you refuse or otherwise fail to take delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will not be able to track this unexpected return. A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or resend.
